GroomGo is a mobile platform that connects independent pet groomers with clients seeking grooming services.

GroomGo does not provide grooming services directly and is not an employer, contractor, agent, insurer, or representative of any groomer or client using the Platform.

The Platform serves only as a communication and marketplace tool between users.

All groomers and clients are solely responsible for:

• Their own conduct and communications
• Scheduling and appointments
• Payments and pricing agreements
• Cancellations and refunds
• Grooming services provided
• Pet safety and care
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

Any agreement between a groomer and client is strictly between those parties. GroomGo is not responsible for enforcing agreements between users.

GroomGo does not guarantee:

• The quality or safety of grooming services
• The reliability or professionalism of users
• Payment completion between parties
• Availability of appointments
• Satisfaction with services
• Accuracy of user-provided information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroomGo shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, damages, losses, or claims from grooming services
• Pet injuries, illness, accidents, or death
• Disputes between groomers and clients
• Missed appointments or cancellations
• Failure to pay for services
• Fraudulent activity by users
• User conduct, communications, or behavior
• Dissatisfaction with services
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Users agree that GroomGo is not a party to any transaction or service agreement between groomers and clients.

Any payments, pricing, refunds, tips, disputes, or financial arrangements between groomers and clients are the sole responsibility of those parties.

GroomGo is not responsible for unpaid balances, chargebacks, cancellations, or financial disputes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their account.

GroomGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

By using GroomGo, users consent to receive service-related messages and SMS notifications.

By opting into GroomGo notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages regarding appointment confirmations, booking reminders, groomer arrival alerts, and account updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Users understand that internet-based services may be subject to cyberattacks, data breaches, or technical failures. GroomGo is not responsible for damages resulting from hacking, stolen accounts, or security breaches.

Users use the Platform at their own risk.

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Disrupt platform operations

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where GroomGo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
