Terms of Service.

By accessing or using GroomGo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. GroomGo, operated by Pixosite LLC, is a marketplace platform that connects independent pet groomers with clients seeking grooming services. GroomGo does not directly provide grooming services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GroomGo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Users are solely responsible for managing their own conduct, scheduling, payments, cancellations, and pet safety when using GroomGo. GroomGo bears no responsibility for enforcing agreements between customers and groomers.

Groomers may use GroomGo free of charge for their first three (3) completed appointments. After that, continued use requires an active subscription, currently billed at $15.99 per month through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; your access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• GroomGo may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

Any payments, pricing, refunds, tips, disputes, or other financial arrangements between groomers and clients for the grooming service itself are the sole responsibility of those parties. GroomGo is not a party to, and does not process, guarantee, or mediate, payment for the grooming service.

GroomGo provides no guarantees regarding:

• Service quality or reliability
• Appointment availability
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• The professionalism or conduct of any groomer or customer

GroomGo, its owners, and Pixosite LLC are not liable for injuries, harm to pets, disputes between users, missed or cancelled appointments, fraud, or financial disagreements arising between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroomGo's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid GroomGo, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GroomGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may permanently delete your own account at any time from within the app (Profile → Account). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you delete your account.

By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related messages and SMS notifications from GroomGo, including appointment alerts and account updates. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

By opting into GroomGo notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages regarding appointment confirmations, booking reminders, groomer arrival alerts, and account updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

GroomGo does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the app and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Internet-based services carry inherent security risks. You assume responsibility for maintaining your own device and account security, including risks related to unauthorized access or data breaches outside of GroomGo's control.

You may not use GroomGo to:

• Engage in any illegal purpose
• Harass or harm another user
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Disrupt GroomGo's operation in any way

The GroomGo name, logo, and app content are the property of Pixosite LLC and may not be used without permission.

User-generated content (such as reviews and profile information) remains owned by the user who submitted it, but by posting it you grant GroomGo a license to display it within the app as part of normal platform operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of GroomGo will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GroomGo after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
